Speak from your heart; Speak your Truth

Speaking your truth to someone that is/seem important to you in your life can be one of the hardest thing to do for most people considering the severity of things and the unknown/known consequences that may follow. If you're someone who has been in that place before; you'd know how terrifying and at times emotionally distressing it can be - heart, mind and body.

We start asking ourselves...

- Should I tell or not?
- What's going to happen if I did or didn't?
- Am I going to lose something precious to me?
- How will it affect me and the other person's relationship?

and so on...the list of questions can go on and on depending how well you cope with this dilemma.

Realistically, whether we expose the truth or not; there is no guarantee what the outcome may be in spite of the fact we 'think/assume' we know 'such and such' consequences may take place. Through my own personal experiences in life in such a situation, seriously, there is no guarantee how things may sway either way!

One true fact of life is WE CAN'T CONTROL HOW PEOPLE WANT TO REACT. WE CAN ONLY CONTROL HOW WE WANT TO REACT TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN OUR CROSS-ROADS OF LIFE.

Some questions to ask ourselves are...

- AM I ready to lose this thing? If yes/not; WHY?

- WHAT'S the worst could happen in a negative sense?

- HOW am I manifesting within myself and to the universe the outcome I want to happen? (Never under-estimate the power of your thoughts!)

- HOW do I react and take care of myself after the truth is exposed if it turned out negatively? (We all have no issues if it turned out the way we wanted it to, obviously; which gives us jumps of joy.)

- HOW determined and ready am I to REALLY TAKE CARE and LOVE MYSELF?

- HOW ready am I to RESPECT the OTHER PERSON and HONOR MYSELF/BOTH PARTIES some peace of mind?

BE BRAVE to SPEAK YOUR TRUTH FROM YOUR HEART!

BE BRAVE TO LOVE YOURSELF!

BE BRAVE TO LOVE OTHERS FOR THEIR RIGHTS TO KNOW!(Referring to issues that affects the other party on a big scale short term or long term!)

BE BRAVE TO LOSE IT!(Whatever you are meant not to lose, will never leave you! If they did, they have already served their purpose in your life and you have served their purpose in their lives as student/teacher.)

BE BRAVE TO BE AT PEACE in MIND, BODY and SPIRIT!

BE BRAVE!
GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF LOVE AND LIFE TO YOUR SOUL!
