Desires, illusion and reality - 12th November 2008

3 short poems written at different times in year 2006/07 which were "incomplete" have been combined here to create this poem.


Sun shining bright
up in the sky
Clouds passing by
forming every form
in your eyes and mine
in your mind and mine

Fighting through hardships
to reach the stars
to fight for the truth
to have our dreams realized

Every drop of sweat
every effort contributed
within desires and reality
stems illusional paths
and the challenge to stay real.
