Wonders of "SMILEobjects", "CALMobjects" and "THINKobjects"
What do I mean by them? Well it simply means objects that make and remind you to smile (SMILEobjects), give you peace and calm you (CALMobjects) and ones that make or remind you to think (THINKobjects).
In life, we need these objects to help remind us to smile and rejoice, objects that could calm our emotions and soul that brings peace to our mind and heart and help us let go of our stress momentarily or for good and also objects that would trigger us to ponder on things in our life or help in our meditation or remind us not to give up, to pursue our dreams, etc in a positive manner.
Whether they are photos, animals, people, paintings and the list goes on - it can be anything as long as that "thing" or "things" speak to us in a positive manner. If they speak to you negatively, then those objects should be out of sight in the storage or simply thrown/given away. The choice is yours of course since some of the things might have sentimental value to you that you might want to hold on to.
I have always tried to surround myself with positive objects mentioned above in my household. Objects that have meaning to me and do their wonders at the appropriate moment when I need the reminder. They do not have to be anything expensive, the main thing is that it is something that you value and one that could do the job! It could be a gift from someone, something you made with your own hands, a photo you had taken or taken by someone, or simply something you had bought - do they speak to you and create smiles, calmness or provoke your thoughts?
Above are just some of the inspirational objects I surround myself with. They each "speak their own language" to me that I find value in them.
Start surrounding yourself with positivity! What are the "SMILEobjects", "CALMobjects" and "THINKobjects" in your life? Do you have any or none at the moment? Are there many negative ones that are in sight instead of those positive ones? You have the answers to all those questions within you.
