Spiteful

So how often do people say these words?
I HATE YOU!
I DESPISE YOU!
FUCK YOU!
YOU ASSHOLE!
YOU BASTARD!
.......and so on
Well you know where I am trying to get at with those nasty gruesome phrases said with anger and spite!  The worst is when we say that to someone we love and/or care about.
Quite often it's said unintentionally from the irrational mind i.e it's not our intention to create hurt but our own inner fears provoked that part and without the rational mind and heart working together, quite often these "dirty" words just flow out and take a million folds to mend the damage if at all possible. How often we wished to take back our words?! Quite often I think! No?
Each time something like that comes out from your mouth or in your thoughts, take a moment out, breathe and say/think something positive ( i.e the opposite of what negativity you've blurted or thought of) about the person or situation you are dealing with at that moment.
And listen deeply to yourself - why are you reacting the way you are and seek the answers within as to your frustrations and fears within then deal with the situation at hand again. How can you react/deal with it in a better way?
Opening your mind and heart to understand yourself and others with empathy and compassion takes practice. Most don't hold this trait from birth. If you did, then good for ya!
